Biography

Dr. Cong Shi is a Research Professor at the School of Microelectronics and Communication Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, China, in 2014, and completed his postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA in 2018. In 2019, he joined Chongqing University as a faculty member and leads a group in artificial intelligent (AI) VLSI designs.

Dr. Cong Shi’s current research interests include high-performance brain-inspired AI computing VLSI designs, and smart image sensor and processor chip designs. He has authored and coauthored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and holds 7 patents.
