The school has distinctive features and outstanding achievements in education and teaching reform. It has national talent quality training projects, including the national teaching master, the national teaching team, the national excellent course, the national experimental teaching and demonstration center, the national specialty "Electronic Information Engineering", the national bilingual demonstration course, and the national excellent engineer training program, etc. In recent years, the school has won 2 second prizes of national teaching achievement, and 3 first prizes of Chongqing teaching achievement; has 4 Chongqing excellent courses , 3 Chongqing graduate student quality courses , 2 Brand Courses in English Teaching for studying in Chongqing, and International Master’s Program in English Teaching launched in 2009.
