Sijie Zhang  is an associate professor in the college of microelectronics and communication engineering, Chongqing University. He taught Analog Electronic Technology course for undergraduate and Visual Studio Object-oriented Programming course for graduate students.

He received his Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degrees from Chongqing University in 2005, 2002, and 1990, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Control science and Engineering in Chongqing University, supervised by Prof. Zeng Xiaoping. He was also a visiting scholar at Department of Neurological Surgery of UPMC at University of Pittsburgh from 2011 to 2012, supervised by Prof. Sun Mingui.

His research interesting include applications of computer in biomedicine, medical electronic instruments, medical image processing, bio MEMS.
