Short Biography

Dong Liwas born in Inner Mongolia, China, in 1983. He received B.S. degree in the automation from the Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu, China, the M.S. degree in signal processing from the Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2007, 2010, and 2014.Dr.Lihasreceivedresearch funding locallyandnationally.He is aseniormemberof IEEE.He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Microelectronics and Communication Engineering Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His research interests include radar signal processing, moving target detection & recognition, and parameter estimation.
