Professional Career : including equipment development, networking designing and theoretical researching.

2006~ (Professor in Communication Department of Cmmunication Engineering College in CQU): 
Lecturer of the telecom network courses including Mobile Communication System, Broadband Access System, Computer Communication Network. Now take an interest in wireless broadband system and smart power grid; Undertake research projects supported by the national high technology fund of China. 

2004~2005 (Product manager in Euro-Region Department of Huawei Technology Co. Ltd.)
Responsible for the NGN and broadband access network designing, designed the international NGN network for Jazztel Telecom of Spain, broadband access network for Grupalia Telecom of Spain, NGN consolidation project from Telecom of Mongolia; Participated in narrowband and broadband access network designing for Vietnam and Columbia telecom carriers.

Involved in the projects of G-bit switch fabric and chip sets for Gbit routers with the main focus on algorithm and hardware designing; In charge of T-bit switch architecture pre-research. Took part in MRS(media resource server) software designing.
